Arthur, Keith and last-minute sub Martin played in Ashby A’s crucial final league match of the season, at home to Gainsborough.
Ashby won the match 8-4, and the result puts us level on 5.5 match wins with Leicester A (who have also completed all of their matches), but we do have two more game wins than them (53 against 51). This means that Ashby A are Division 1 Champions again, confirmed by the East Midlands league manager.
