Thurs 25th May, Surbiton
Andy Shipley, who played at Ashby last year and is now a member of Guildford & Godalming CC, won the Don’s Day level-play GC tournament at Surbiton. This one-day tournament featured 18 players in the handicap range 2 to 9. This was the first individual competition that Andy has entered, and he won all five games with an impressive +20 total hoop difference. He says “Thanks Ashby for teaching me the game!”
