Ashby A (Paul, Jane and Rupert) beat Branston A 10-2 in a home match on Thursday. Ashby A also played on Friday, in an away match at Long Eaton; the Ashby A team of Ray, Chris and Keith won 7-5.
Ashby B (Richard, Heather and Julie) visited Nottingham B on Friday. The final score was 10-2 to Ashby, but there were lots of evenly-matched games, eight of them being decided by just a single point.
Meanwhile, Ashby C lost 3-9 on Wednesday in an away match at Dunston.
